All sales are final!
If you find that DVDs purchased from us are defective, they will be replaced free of charge if and only if the defective DVD is returned to us.
All model DVD players will not necessarily play all DVDs. This is especially true of older model players. Also, Blu-ray players are required to play Blu-ray DVDs.
If another player or a computer with the appropriate DVD player is available, you should test the DVD with that player before sending it back to us.
As video resolutions become better, file sizes increase dramatically and problems increase. Problems playing 50 GB Blu-ray disks seem to be more common.
We will work with the customer to resolve the problem but in rare cases the only solution may be a refund.
