Learning Tai Chi is easy for some people and difficult for others. What is the difference in people? In a word: Practice. Practicing at home right after class is extremly important while your memory is still fresh. If you just come to class once a week and don't practice at home, it is not going to be easy. And you may get frustrated and end up dropping out of class and wasting your money. In other words, NO BUTS!

    The BUTS:
    • I CAN'T.
    • I'LL DO IT TOMORROW.
    • I'M NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
    • I WOULD IF ***.
    • IT'S TOO HARD.
    • IT'S TOO SLOW.
    • I DON'T HAVE TIME.
    • I'M TOO TIRED.
